Brake mounting flange # 4-50 has a standard 4 bolt pattern for 8,000 pound brake axles. Diagonally the holes are spaced 5 inches apart on center. Side to side they are 3-7/16 inches apart on center. The Curt Ball Mount, part # C45100 has a 6-1/4 inch rise or 7-1/2 inch drop and the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the end of the shank that inserts in your trailer hitch receiver is 2-1/2 inches.
